The Partner Visa Guide was written for couples with straight forward situations. It doesn’t cover any complexities that may arise and for that I highly recommend you speak to a professional before continuing.

If you have a non-conventional case or there are a few obstacles in proving your relationship or even if you just have questions around strategy and timing, a consultation would be an appropriate next step.

I offer a 20-minute Skype call where we can go through your case, your questions and/or obstacles.

I’m going to be real honest with you in the consultation and really tell you about your chances of success given your circumstances. If I determine that something in your case or what you’re telling me could be potential red flags to the Department, I’ll spell it out for you.

I’ll work with you to find a solution to your problem. For example, I had a client who came to me with a bit of a checkered past (as revealed in his police checks) and I was brutally honest with him. I said to him ‘You will be questioned about these, there’s no way of hiding it and at the end of the day, the case officer may still refuse your visa.’ He was reassured by the strategy I proposed and we worked together to write a submission with supporting character evidence.

Bottom line, if you’re in doubt about any aspect of your application, it’s always best to consult a professional. Book into your 20-minute Skype consultation and give yourself a break from all the worries and stress of a do-it-yourself partner visa application.

Pricing

Normally, a consultation with me through my firm is $300/hr, but as an exclusive price to my readers a 20-minute Skype call will only be $100 AUD.

When can I use this service?

I do not recommend you book a consultation until you have bought the book and read it. This is not a sales ploy, it’s because the book has so much information in it that it may have already answered your question.

You may use this service as much as you’d like but in my experience, my readers, generally need about 4-5 consultations spread out through their application process in order to get the most help out of it.

For example, you may wish to have a consultation after reading the book and before starting. This could be a ‘strategy consultation’. Then when you’ve completed the tasks of the ‘strategy consultation’ you could have a follow up consultation to see whether the next steps that you’ll take is the best one.

The possibilities are endless and the best part? It’s all in your hands and you have full control.
